At TMyGlow, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering quality skincare products carefully curated to deliver visible results. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
