• ⁠Moisturising — helps hydrate skin.
• ⁠Whitening / brightening — includes ingredients to lighten / even skin tone, fade dark spots, boost radiance.
• ⁠Vitamin nourishing and antioxidant components.
• ⁠Also anti-wrinkle effects (or at least claimed anti-ageing / skin elasticity).
• Texture / feel: milky / “soft type” toner. So more emulsion-like / creamy watery rather than purely watery. Meant to both tone and lightly moisturize.

• After cleansing, use the toner. Could be applied via cotton pad or by hand (massaging into skin / patting until absorbed).  
• Use it consistently (morning &/or evening) as part of your skincare routine.
• Since it has brightening / active ingredients, ideally use with sun protection during the day.
• If skin is sensitive, perhaps patch test first because of fragrance + brightening actives.
